Heat therapy to complement every training session. Paired with the ice bath for contrast therapy — the most effective recovery protocol.
Pool
A 15-metre pool in the jungle. Swim laps, recover, or just float. Open to guests and Fit Lab members.

Tier A · Gym & Strength Floor
Independent gym & conditioning
Functional bodybuilding, powerlifting, athletic conditioning, metabolic strength. Premium racks, barbell suites, plate-loaded machines, turf for movement drills. For people focused on body composition + strength — no combat or yoga.
All Gym packages include locker rooms, showers, premium equipment access. 1 Month and above add scheduled access to sauna, pool and ice bath.
Tier 1 · Striking & Flow
Muay Thai · Boxing · Yoga
Muay Thai (the art of 8 limbs — punches, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch work), Western Boxing (head movement, footwork, precision combinations), and Vinyasa & Power Yoga (the essential counter-balance — joint mobility, core stability, nervous-system decompression). Unlimited cross-access across all three.
Tier 2 · Grappling & Mixed Martial Arts
BJJ · MMA Academy
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi — position mastery, guard systems, high-percentage submissions) and Mixed Martial Arts (wrestling takedowns, cage work, ground-and-pound, transitional combat flow). Led by active professional fighters and world-class submission coaches.

Code of Conduct
A premium, safe, respectful environment is what keeps the Lab the Lab. Four things we hold the line on:
1. Hygiene & Combat Mats
Clean, dedicated training attire is mandatory. For BJJ and MMA, your Gi and rashguards must be freshly washed every session. No footwear on the mats; no bare feet off them — keep sandals between locker room and mat.
2. Recovery Zone Protocols
Full body shower before the pool or ice bath, always. Sit on a clean personal towel in the sauna. Respect the posted time limits at the ice bath so others can flow through.
3. Equipment Care
Rerack your weights. Wipe down your station with the sanitizing wipes provided. No theatrical dropping of dumbbells — the gear is precision built and treated with respect.
4. Respect for Training Partners
Controlled sparring, ego-free rolling, professional mutual respect between beginners and advanced fighters. Uncontrolled aggression or unsafe practices result in immediate membership termination.
