Last updated: 25 May 2026. Home of Gaia sells hospitality and fitness services consumed at our property in Morjim, Goa. We do not ship any physical product. This page explains how each service is "delivered" once you pay online.
Home of Gaia does not sell tangible goods, merchandise or any product that requires postal or courier delivery. Therefore no shipping rates, shipping charges, courier partners or delivery timelines apply. All purchases on gaiahostels.com are for services that are delivered in person at our Morjim property, or as a digital confirmation by email.

| Hostel / private room booking | Service is delivered on-site, beginning at check-in (from 2:00 PM IST on your arrival date) and ending at check-out (by 11:00 AM IST on your departure date). A booking confirmation and tax invoice are emailed to you within minutes of payment. |
| Gaia Fit Lab day pass | Activated on your first visit to the gym. Valid for one calendar day from first use. Email confirmation + invoice delivered immediately on payment. |
| Gaia Fit Lab multi-day pass / membership | Starts on the start date you select, or your first visit if no date is set. Welcome email + invoice delivered immediately on payment. Bring the email to the front desk on your first visit. |
| Yoga / ritual session (Ice & Fire, Flow & Fire) | Delivered at the scheduled time at our Open Air Theatre or Fit Lab in Morjim. Confirmation email with venue, time and what to bring is sent on booking. |
| Pantheon Bar event RSVP | RSVP confirmation by email or WhatsApp. The event itself is delivered at Pantheon Bar at the date/time on the listing. |
gaiahostels.com/invoice/<your-payment-id>.If, in exceptional circumstances (system outage, force majeure), we are unable to deliver the booked service on the agreed date, we will offer one of: (a) a date change at no extra cost, (b) a credit valid for 12 months, or (c) a full refund to the original payment method.
