Guest in the tropical garden between the rooms at Gaia, Morjim, Goa

For coaches, teachers & retreat leaders

Host your camp
at Gaia.

Bring 10–15 students to Morjim, North Goa. We provide the rooms, the matted gym, the ice baths, the sauna, the pool and the meals. You teach. Your students train, recover and live in one place — and you keep the coaching margin. If you've been pricing Thailand fight camps, this is that experience — ring, mats, recovery and the beach — without the flight.

The Gaia Fight Camp

from ₹21,000 / head

  • Daily roadwork on Morjim sand + daily ice bath & sauna protocol
  • Days 1–2 foundation, middle days load, final day integration & live work
  • Everything in the camps to the left — rooms, meals, recovery, pool

Room to yourself

from +₹1,000 / night

Don't want a roommate? Take the whole room — the single supplement covers it.

Dorm bed

from ₹800 / bed / night

Larger groups, longer camps, yoga teacher trainings and breathwork/recovery retreats — all workable. Tell us the shape of your program.

The rooms, honestly

Simple, clean, air-conditioned rooms — two beds, hot showers, nothing precious. Camps are won on the mats and the beach, not the pillow menu. What we spend on thread counts elsewhere, we've spent on steel, mats and coaches.

The protocol

Seven pillars, one periodized camp — and the kitchen that fuels it

The Gaia Fight Camp is built like a real training block, not a holiday timetable: days 1–2 lay foundation, the middle days load, the final day integrates — with recovery and grounding programmed as seriously as the rounds.

Striking · Ajay

Muay thai & boxing — pads, technique, controlled sparring.

Grappling · Carlos

BJJ under a 5th-degree black belt — position, guard, submissions.

MMA · integration

The final phase — striking and grappling put together, live.

Strength & Conditioning · Vianna

Strength blocks and engine work, programmed around the mats.

Roadwork · Morjim sand

Sunrise miles on the firmest sand in North Goa, every morning.

Grounding · yoga & breath

Mobility, breathwork and stillness — the nervous system's session.

Recovery · ice + sauna

Daily contrast protocol — tomorrow is built tonight.

The kitchen · fuel

Health-first menu matched to the training load, set with you.

The story of one day

Wake up. Run the beach. Train. Recover. Repeat.

How it works

1

Send us your dates on WhatsApp

Tell us the discipline, group size and rough dates. We reply the same day with availability and a per-head quote.

2

Lock the week with a deposit

One deposit holds your rooms and locks your training slots. You announce the camp to your students and charge them whatever your program is worth.

3

Arrive and just coach

Rooms ready, mats ready, ice ordered, meals planned. You run your sessions; we run everything else. Most coaches rebook their next camp before checkout.

The setting & the fuel

Built for wellness, five minutes from the sand

Morjim — the quiet beach

Morjim is the wellness end of North Goa: a protected Olive Ridley turtle-nesting beach with long, uncrowded sand, calm mornings and slow sunsets — none of the party-strip noise of the resort belts further south.

For a training camp it's a gift: low tide leaves kilometres of flat, firm sand — the best natural running surface in North Goa. Roadwork, sprints, beach drills and breathwork by the water, and the crew is back on the mats before breakfast. Five minutes' walk from the gate.

A kitchen that trains with you

The cafe runs a health-first menu — fresh bowls, juices, proper coffee and protein-forward plates built for people who train twice a day. Nothing deep-fried into a food coma before an afternoon session.

Before your camp we set the meal plan together: vegetarian, vegan, high-protein, or your program's own nutrition spec — the kitchen cooks to it for the whole week.

Questions coaches ask us

How many people can a camp bring, and how do the beds work?

Camps sleep in private AC rooms, two to a room — ten rooms, twenty spots — plus 8 dorm beds for the budget bunks: 28 at a full house. The per-head starting price assumes twin share (rooms start at ₹2,000 a night); want a room to yourself, add from ₹1,000 a night; grab one of the 8 dorm beds from ₹800 a night and the per-head price drops. Rates move with season and demand — your dates get an exact quote on WhatsApp. The sweet spot most camps run is 10–16 plus staff.

What exactly is included in the per-head price?

A bed in a twin-share private room, exclusive use of the gym for your sessions, daily ice bath and sauna recovery, breakfast plus one main meal daily, and all-day pool access. During your sessions the training spaces are yours alone.

Can we train with your coaches, or bring our own?

Both paths exist. Bring your own coach and the training spaces are blocked for your sessions (₹12,000–15,000 a head). Or book The Gaia Fight Camp — ₹21,000 a head for the 5-day camp (10 coached sessions), ₹36,000 for the 10-day full camp (18 sessions plus a mid-camp rest day) — and our resident team runs it: Carlos Almeida (5th-degree BJJ black belt), Ajay Sharma (active pro boxer & MMA fighter) and Vianna (S&C), plus morning beach roadwork, meals, ice baths and everything else in the camp. Coaches can also join your own camp as guests — ₹900 a head per session.

We're not a fight camp — does the space work for yoga, TTCs, breathwork?

Yes. Alongside the ring and bags there's a mirrored mat studio, shaded open-air training areas and the garden lawn — teacher trainings, breathwork intensives and wellness retreats all run comfortably here. The cafe kitchen can follow your meal plan.

How do we lock dates, and what are the terms?

Send us rough dates on WhatsApp or email; we confirm availability and a per-head quote the same day. A 25% deposit locks your rooms and training slots; the balance is due on arrival. Cancellation: full refund 60+ days out, half inside 60 days, and within 30 days the deposit converts to a credit for new dates. Headcount can adjust down to the 8-guest minimum until 21 days before arrival.

Will other guests be training while our sessions run?

No — camp slots are blocked first, and the public class timetable is scheduled around them. When your session is on, the ring, mats or studio you booked is yours alone. Outside your slots, the gym runs its normal classes and your crew is welcome to drop into them.

What if a named coach isn't available for our dates?

Coach schedules are confirmed before you pay a deposit. If a named coach becomes unavailable after booking — competition, injury — you choose: an equivalent substitute, new dates, or a full refund of the deposit. We'd rather refund a camp than mis-sell one.

How do you handle safety for contact sessions?

All contact work is supervised by the coaching team, sparring is matched by level and always optional, participants sign standard waivers, and first aid is on site. The nearest multi-speciality hospital is in Mapusa, about 30 minutes away.

How do groups get here?

Manohar International (Mopa/GOX) is roughly 45 minutes away; Dabolim (GOI) about two hours. We coordinate group airport transfers for November–April camps, and Morjim beach is a 5-minute walk from the gate.

When is the best time to run a camp?

Camps run year-round. November–April is peak Goa — best weather, biggest energy, limited slots. May–October is greener and calmer, with the best rates and the property at its quietest.
